Draft, pending legal review. This page is a placeholder and isn't our final policy.

This website

When you request a pilot, we keep your name, role, school or district, state, email, and anything you write in the optional box. We use it to contact you about a pilot. We don't sell it.

Students in the app

We collect a display name and a school email. Nothing else. Student work stays with their class and teacher. The app is built for FERPA review.
